Black Silk Dupioni Mini Tophat

I've ventured into something new! I'm currently working on a huge multi-piece costume order, part of which included mini tophats. I liked making them so much, I decided to try and make some more for my Etsy shop. Unfortunately, my new venture is on hold until I finish my costume pieces (pictures coming soon!), but keep an eye out for more to come! :)
